Hello everyone, I am a Secondary Education/English major and would love to teach seventh grade. I am in my fourth year of college, and hope to graduate in a couple of years. When I graduate I want to move to Florida to pursue my teaching career and eventually further my teaching degree. Some hobbies that I have are collecting snow-globes from places I have visited and scrap-booking. Some of my interests include, watching sports, bowling, swimming, and traveling. My favorite place that I have visited is Key West in Florida. I have been there numerous times with my family, and every time I go I get new experiences.<br />

I want to become a teacher because I get a joy out of teaching students new things and seeing them learn it. I love working with kids and I have been babysitting since I was about thirteen. Another reason I want to become a teacher is because I want to show students that English can be fun and reading can be fun. Students always dread going to English class and I want them to love English and find books that they can enjoy.
